What to include
A file won't upload or the summary fails. Tell us the file type and size, which page you used (for example the PDF or PowerPoint summarizer), your browser, and the error message if there was one. If the file isn't confidential, attaching it helps most.
A summary got something wrong. Point us to the passage in the original and the sentence in the summary that misrepresents it. These reports are how we find the kinds of documents the model struggles with.
Privacy and deletion requests. We don't have accounts, so include the file name and roughly when you uploaded it, and we'll find and delete it. Uploaded files are deleted automatically within 30 days either way. More in our Privacy Policy.
Partnerships, press and everything else. Write to the same address with a short note on what you have in mind.
